In 1994 we opened an additional tasting room located at Sycamore Natural Herb Farm in Paso Robles. We specialize in Rhodanien and Italian varietals, however, we also work with a serious yet eclectic assortment of other italicized varieties. Atypical of many California wineries, we strive for elegance, finesse and fragrance. We welcome vistors for tasting and story telling daily from 11am-5:30pm in Paso Robles and 12-5pm in Bonny Doon. Bonny Doon winery closed Tuesdays.Soledad Chalone Vineyard ![]() Hwy 146, Soledad, 831/678-1717 Monterey County's oldest producing vineyard and one of California's premier producers of wines fromthe Burgundian varieties. Spectacular location high above the Salinas Valley in the Gavilan Mountains next to the Pinnacles National Monument. Wines among those that have set the standards for California Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir since 1960. Tours, tasting sales, picnic area available. See and listen to the quail in the vineyards overlooking the sweeping Salinas Valley, as you picnic on the deck of the Paraiso Springs Vineyard's Tasting Room. We're a small, family-run vineyard/winery in the heart of Steinbeck country. Works of local craftsmen are featured with wine gift packs for sale in our tasting room.
